Duties
Assist in the preparation and presentation of a wide range of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.

Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Contribute to menu planning and innovation alongside the Head Chef.
Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage inventory control.
Experience
Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment.
Extensive food production and preparation skills, with a strong background in cooking.
Demonstrable kitchen experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management.
Experience in restaurant operations, including serving customers when required.
