About Us We are a dynamic and passionate kitchen team committed to delivering high-quality food and exceptional dining experiences. We are now seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading the kitchen and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities o Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen o Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring smooth service at all times o Assist with menu development, food preparation, and presentation o Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health & safety (HACCP) o Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste o Train and develop junior chefs o Ensure consistency, quality, and portion control across all dishes o Step in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence Requirements o Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef o Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and seasonal cooking o Strong leadership and communication skills o Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment o Excellent organizational and time-management skills o Relevant food hygiene and safety certifications What We Offer o Competitive salary and benefits o Opportunities for career progression o Supportive and professional working environment o Ongoing training and development
