Duties
Support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

Manage inventory control and food ordering processes to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all kitchen areas.
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating innovative dishes that meet guest expectations and dietary requirements.
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and professionalism.
Oversee food handling procedures and ensure proper storage techniques are followed at all times.
Monitor food production timelines to guarantee timely service without compromising quality.
Provide training and mentorship to team members in culinary techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, waste, and food costs to support operational efficiency.
Collaborate with restaurant management on shift management, staffing schedules, and operational improvements.

Skills
Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments.
Proven supervising experience within busy kitchens or catering operations.
