Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess , extensive culinary knowledge, and a passion for delivering quality food . Duties

Assist the Head Chef in planning and developing menus that align with the Clubhouse concept and standards. Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation. Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food production, presentation, and service standards. Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes, specifications, and health & safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment in compliance with food safety standards. Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock ordering, and minimise waste through effective stock management. Uphold excellent customer service by ensuring timely delivery of dishes and responding to guest feedback professionally.

Skills

Experience in food production, cooking, and food preparation techniques. Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards. Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with a focus on high-quality service delivery. The ability to organise tasks efficiently under pressure. Good understanding of serving procedures and customer interaction within a hospitality context. Pay: 24,420.00-28,000.00 per year
