A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef in South Wales at a beautiful hotel set in breathtaking countryside, home to a well-regarded 2AA Rosettes restaurant.

Working alongside an experienced Head Chef, you'll help lead a talented brigade and contribute to a menu that showcases balance, flavour and creativity without being overly formal.
As Sous Chef you will:
- Be responsible for assisting in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and you will be managing and motivating a professional brigade, ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
- Have solid man management and kitchen management skills are essential along with a stable background
- Be a creative and talented Sous Chef with exceptionally high standards who can assist in leading the team by example and inspire them
- Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine
