As the Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing the daily kitchen activities, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. Duties
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
Assist in food production, preparation, and cooking of high-quality dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations
Monitor portion control and presentation standards to maintain consistency
Handle any customer inquiries or complaints regarding food quality or service
