We're now looking for a
passionate and dedicated Sous Chef
to join our kitchen team and help drive our success forward.
The Role
As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with our
Head Chef, Anthony
, supporting all aspects of kitchen management -- from maintaining quality and consistency to developing exciting
seasonal menus and specials
. You'll play a key role in leading and motivating the kitchen team, ensuring every dish that leaves the pass is of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and co-ordinate kitchen operations and staff
Assist with menu development, food preparation, and service
Maintain high standards of
food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Help train, support and inspire junior team members
Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier management
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new and exciting dishes
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a professional kitchen
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent food preparation and organisational abilities
Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and creativity in the kitchen
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Understanding of kitchen operations and safety standards
