We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef by overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety, and leading our talented kitchen staff. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, supervising kitchen activities, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, leading and motivating the team during service, maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met, contributing ideas to menus and specials.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experienced Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to progress, passionate about cooking with quality ingredients, reliable, organised, and calm under pressure. A positive team player with a strong work ethic.
