Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of food production, preparation, and safety standards. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement weekly specials.
Lead the team in food preparation and cooking, ensuring company standards
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
Experience
Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
Strong supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen.
