Southern Sales Representative



Due to continued growth within the business Jetchem Systems Limited are looking to recruit a Sales representative based in the South East region with travel between Tilbury and Bridgend, South Wales. Travel to our other UK depots in Ramsbottom, Doncaster, County Durham and Birmingham will also be a part of this role, you will be the frontline of our customer interactions and new business in the south of the country.

Job Type:



Full time - 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Additional hours and occasional overnight stays will be required for shows/travel etc.

Permanent role.

Full UK driving licence is essential.

The Role:



Planning quoting and sales strategy.

Daily travelling to new and existing customers will be essential.

To manage the receipt, handling, and escalation of all sales enquiries.

To receive and co-ordinate all sales enquiries in line with the company's sales process.

To monitor the status of all live enquiries.

Provide leads and sale support.

Identify and anticipate the market trends.

Work with the marketing team to promote business.

Monitor company sales KPI's and sales performance.

To chase and analyse the reasons for failure to turn an enquiry into a new order.

To chase outstanding quotes to agreed timescales.

Qualifications for sales representative.



Sales experience is essential.

Relevant experience in the Drainage sector.

Commercially aware and preferably with a track record of winning new business.

The ability to demonstrate experience in drainage equipment and delivering growth would be ideal.

The ideal candidate will be confident and be able to sell through experience and knowledge.

Self-motivation and confidence is a must.

Great communication skills both written and verbal with being able to carry out presentations and attend exhibitions confidently are all vital requirements of this position.

IT skills, to include, Word, Excel, One Drive, Outlook, CRM or equivalent.
