Nestled in the heart of Chester City Centre our retreat is a haven of tranquillity, providing a range of holistic & advanced skin therapies.
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to work with & support our Spa Leader Team, and to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area and ensuring excellent customer service. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to lead our spa team. The role would involve hours during the week and some Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Develop and optimize revenue generation through effective marketing and sales strategies. Maintain high-quality spa services and ensure all treatments and therapies meet or exceed industry standards.

To be successful we are looking for

Proven experience as a Spa Manager or a similar role in the Beauty/Spa industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness industry trends. A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
