Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our spa environment is welcoming, clean, and organised. You will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs and maintaining the overall atmosphere of relaxation and comfort.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing rooms. Provide information about spa services and products to guests. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any issues immediately. Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with health regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally within a spa or wellness environment. Excellent time management abilities to ensure efficient operation during busy periods. Strong organisational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage multiple tasks effectively.
