Your Duties

Deliver Exceptional Treatments:

Provide your clients with top-quality hands-on facial treatments.

Deliver Exceptional Skincare Advice:

Build genuine connections by listening intently to clients' concerns and offering expert advice on products and at-home care.

Be A Top Team Player:

Keep everything and everywhere tidy and clean. Strive to be as successful as you could be through bettering your skills and knowledge.

What Do We Expect

You have a genuine passion for providing exceptional service, reflected in your professional appearance and welcoming demeanor. You excel in communication and teamwork, naturally supporting colleagues to create a seamless guest experience. You're comfortable working independently, driven by a proactive and positive mindset. Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury environment, is preferred. You hold a recognized Level 3 Beauty (or equivalent) qualification, and a massage certification is essential.
