ABOUT THE ROLE


In the role of Head Therapist, your key focus will be to:

supervise the Beauty Therapists with support from the Health Club and Spa Manager be responsible for all aspects of training of the Therapists ensure the Spa Concierge have good product knowledge and are able to retail be fully aware of treatment menus and product knowledge, working closely with our product houses and own Chuan brand carry out treatments on a daily basis inspect and ensure all treatment rooms are set up according to standards at all times maintain clear lines of communication within the Spa and hotel in general

ABOUT YOU

experience in a similar position and environment with a firm understanding of excellence in customer service Spa/Beauty qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (a professional background in beauty therapy and a Spa/Beauty qualification in CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC is desirable) certification in beauty/massage therapy (Swedish massage is essential) real passion for training ideally knowledge of products including Kerstin Florian, Jacqueline Piotaz, Jessica excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is well-presented warm and caring attitude towards the health and well-being of clients the drive to work towards targets in treatment and retail the ability to work well in a team good time management skills
