Gleddoch, one of the most prestigious hotel, golf and spa resorts located close to Glasgow are looking for a Spa Host to join our existing fabulous team. Our Imperia Spa has just benefited from an extensive refurbishment making it one of the most luxurious in the West of Scotland.

Every day is different working within the Imperia Spa and being a spa host allows you to meet some amazing people whilst allowing you to be part of a large and vibrant department.

We need someone who is customer focused, can provide an excellent standard of client service and who has a real desire to work within the Spa industry. The entire role of the Spa Host just can't be written down, no two days are the same and sometimes you will come across situations that require you to use your initiative and think on your feet.

The main responsibilities of Spa Host are:

Welcoming our clients on arrival to our spa making them feel at home and relaxed.

Demonstrate a high level of engagement with all our clients, guests and members attending to their enquiries quickly and efficiently

As host you will walk our clients around the spa facilities and confirming the details of their spa package.

Supporting our reception team at peak times throughout the day with arrival welcomes and incoming calls.

Communicate with our Wildflower restaurant to ensure bookings are in place for the day and note any special occasions.

Support with the daily operation of the guest experience, including replenishment of refreshments, towels, robes while ensuring the areas are clean and tidy.

Check changing areas to ensure they are clean and tidy, helping set up lockers for any additional day guests.

Check consultation room, relaxation areas and any guest areas are tidy.

Keep up to date with treatment and product knowledge allowing you to inform our clients with information and guidance.

As our clients are leaving after their spa experience provide a meaningful farewell of the spa ensuring you are confident, they have enjoyed their day.

To be considered for the role of Spa host you should have experience working in customer service roles preferably within the spa or hospitality industry. You will be our clients first impression and final farewell. We are looking for somebody who is passionate about going above and beyond for our clients and passionate about making memorable experiences for our spa guests.
