SPA KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER [ COMFORT ZONE ]:



JOB MISSION



The [ comfort zone ] SPA Key Account Manager will play a critical role in building relationships and driving commercial growth with our strategic professional spa partners. This role is responsible for collaborating with key groups, developing joint commercial, educational and PR business plans, driving our [ comfort zone ] business within their properties, maximizing profitability, and strengthening brand presence. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, operational spa experience, multi site management, with a deep passion for the professional skin care industry, and brand building. This role is fundamental to the growth of the [ comfort zone ] & Skin Regimen Lx business in the UK and the larger company.



WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage and grow a portfolio of key spa partners (e.g. High-End professional group spa business's. ) building strong relationships and developing & Implementing commercial business strategies for each partner

Develop annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with company professional first brand objectives and achieve set KPIs.

Forecast sales, manage group budgets, and ensure delivery of revenue, profit, and market share targets.

Collaborate with Marketing and product development to forecast for new launches, GWP, GWT and other exclusive projects.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the groups.

Collaborate with UK and Global colleagues from Education, Communication, Digital, and Marketing to deliver group strategies

Develop, implement event programmes, delivering on sell out KPIs

Weekly/Monthly Reporting to UK country Manager, Global Teams.



Commercial Strategy & Execution

Monthly meetings with Spa partner 'group spa managers' on joint business plans to ensure monthly strategy is being delivered and KPIs achieved for both parties

Monthly group meeting with spa managers to discuss activity, initiatives, education, develop clear communication structures

Monthly meetings with local spa managers, operations and retail managers to ensure local execution is being achieved

Lead sell-in and sell-out strategies for new product launches, ensuring successful execution across all touchpoints.

Analyze sales performance, ROI on activity, Education, PR, against KPIs and review activity accordingly



Retail & Merchandising Excellence

Collaborate with marketing to develop commercial VM strategy for the groups/locations, to increase exposure and deliver on sell out KPIs

Liaise with local spa managers, retail managers on each VM campaign, to ensure clear communication

Ensure VM execution of trade/promo activations, sampling programs, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns are implemented to meet strategic goals

Work with local retail managers on activities to develop par levels accordingly and to prevent out of stocks and to meet annual strategic goals

Work with local retail managers on a monthly basis, on order calendar and ensure Core retail and newness is ordered to meet launch timelines



Education and Event Management

Develop annual education plan to align with the overall strategy for the Group

Education plan to involve, Treatment, product knowledge, Sales, Commercial Reception, Client Journey, and advances digital classes etc

Work alongside the company spa trainers, in relation to the education plan, training group TTTs, education materials etc

Ambassador Programme

Work alongside PR & Influencer Manager and Digital Executive on PR and Digital strategies for the groups, to deliver group strategies

Work alongside Marketing and PR managers to develop and deliver on a commercial event strategy for the groups

Work with UK and Global teams, regarding the requirements for support from Head Office Colleagues and brief accordingly. Responsibility for management of this support from start to finish



Relationship Management

Build strong, long-term partnerships with buyer teams, category managers, and retail operations counterparts.

Represent the brand in key account meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, supply chain, finance, and education teams.



Customer Service and Orders

Full accountability for all customer service communication for the groups and follow ups to a satisfactory conclusion, in a time efficient manor

All order processing and management for the Groups (UK & Ireland).

Clear and efficient communication and relationships with the UK warehouse team, along with Global order and warehouse teams



Reporting & Analysis

Track KPIs including sales performance, profitability, forecast accuracy, and account-level ROI.

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Use data to measure the effectiveness of treatment and retail promotions and launches.



WHO YOU ARE

3-5+ years of Key Account Management or Sales experience in the spa, beauty, skin care industries.

5+ years operational spa experience at group 4 and or 5 level.

Experience working with prestige or premium professional skin care brands.

Therapist background CIBTAC, CIDESCO, BTEC, City & Guilds or NVQ

Proven experience driving growth within spa business's.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Highly analytical with proficiency in sales forecasting and data-driven decision making.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Passion for spa, skin care, beauty trends, and brand storytelling.

Attention to detail, efficient, problem solver and solution driven

Strong IT skills, experience with Sales Force, PO Space, Procure Wizard, Web 3, etc

UK Office , field based. International travel to Global Head Office as required.
