As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service delivery, managing a diverse team, and driving sales through effective promotional strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the spa team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue and promote spa services.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve service quality and product knowledge.
Manage client relationships, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
Maintain effective communication with all team members to ensure smooth operations.
Handle administrative tasks
Experience
Proven experience in a management role within the spa or wellness industry is essential.
Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and development.
Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with good phone etiquette.
