We are looking for a dynamic, commercially able and ambitious Spa Manager to manage, develop and lead our large spa team and operation.

What are we looking for?
As Spa Manager you will responsible for: -
Day to day management of the spa department, including treatments, spa reception and retail area, ensuring the smooth and successful running of the spa operation.
Driving, inspiring and training the Spa team to deliver the highest standard of delivery to our guests and members.
Responsibility and accountability for the financial performance of the spa department
Providing KPI's on a weekly and monthly basis
Overseeing the daily running of the spa reception and scheduling teams ensuring utilisation targets are achieved, wait lists and denials are at a minimum and average spends are achieved by utilising promotional activity when required
Developing means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit, exploring new business opportunities in conjunction with the Finance & Operations Director
Ensuring recruitment, training, development and staffing levels are as required, whilst demonstrating a 'hands on' management style.
Providing a clean, safe and well-maintained department at all times
The Skills and Experience you need to be successful in this role:
You must have proven spa management experience and ability in managing a large team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
A good knowledge of all aspects of the spa industry
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to help train, develop and lead your team according to company guidelines and policy
You will be able to demonstrate high quality people management skills as well as good business acumen.

The role will cover 40 hours a week over a 7 day period with a variety of days and start times.
