We now have an exciting opportunity for a Spa Manager to join our Spa team.



As a Spa Manager you will be required to

master the art of versatility

and

inject some energy

whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:



Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, staff management, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Ensure high-quality customer service is provided, addressing complaints and maintaining a relaxing atmosphere. Hire, train, and mentor spa staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and skilled in delivering exceptional service. Assist in coordinating staff activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and providing a safe environment for clients and staff. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue. Monitor expenses. Assist receptionist implementing, upsell and control SPA Memberships programme. Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Oversee spa supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory for smooth operations. Develop a schedule for the cleaning and maintenance of the Leisure facilities and oversee the Pool attendant and cleaner. Maintain a strong level of communication with the hotel's HODs, Management and all members of the family.
