We are looking for a warm, confident, and highly organised individual to join our team as a

Receptionist & Nail Technician

. This is a dual-role position combining

front-of-house responsibilities

with delivering high-quality

nail treatments

, ensuring our clients receive an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in

gel manicures and pedicures

, with additional beauty therapy experience being a strong advantage. You must be professional, friendly, and able to multitask in a calm and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities - Treatments

Perform

Manicures and pedicures

to an excellent standard Deliver a warm, professional, and knowledgeable service Maintain high hygiene standards and follow treatment protocols Advise clients on aftercare, products, and additional treatments (Bonus but not essential) Provide other beauty treatments such as waxing, brows, facials, massage, or lash services depending on skills and experience

Front of House & Reception Duties

Welcome clients warmly and ensure their visit runs smoothly Manage phone calls professionally and promptly Handle enquiries, bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling Maintain an organised and efficient diary system Process payments, manage POS, and ensure accurate cash handling Support daily spa operations, ensuring a calm and relaxing environment Manage check-in and check-out procedures confidently

Relaxation Room & Spa Flow

Prepare and maintain the relaxation room to an exceptional standard Ensure refreshments, ambiance, and cleanliness are consistently high Coordinate client flow so each guest enjoys a seamless spa experience

Admin & Organisation

Manage daily admin tasks including emails, confirmations, and records Keep stock levels monitored and report when replenishment is needed Maintain a tidy, professional reception area and workspace Support management with occasional additional admin tasks

What We're Looking For

Confident and experienced in

gel nails

Additional beauty skills (bonus but not required) Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable handling a busy diary and phone line Calm, friendly, and professional at all times Able to work independently and as part of a small team Passionate about delivering a luxury experience

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)

preferred

Nail qualification specifically for gel nails

required

Experience in salon/spa settings preferred
