Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled
Nail Technician
to join our team at The Retreat Beauty & Holistic Spa in Great Dunmow. This role offers an opportunity to deliver exceptional beauty treatments in a serene setting, contributing to our mission of promoting relaxation and well-being.
Responsibilities
Ability to provide excellent nail services, including Biab, Gel and normal polish (no acrylic required)
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure clients feel welcomed and valued.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within treatment areas.
Advise clients on suitable treatments and aftercare.
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
Ensure client satisfaction through personalised care.
Support the team in creating a relaxing environment.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Fluency in English is essential.
Certification in beauty therapy or related qualifications preferred.
