Your primary role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the spa reception area, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both guests and staff.Responsibilities:1. Guest Services:- Greet and welcome spa guests in a friendly and professional manner.- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.- Answer inquiries about spa services, packages, and amenities.- Schedule spa appointments and manage the booking system.- Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.2. Administrative Duties:- Maintain accurate records of spa bookings, payments, and guest profiles.- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.- Prepare daily reports and maintain cleanliness in the reception area.- Manage spa inventory, including retail products and supplies.3. Communication:- Effectively communicate with spa therapists, management, and other departments.- Relay important information to guests regarding spa policies and procedures.- Act as a liaison between guests and spa staff to ensure seamless service.4.
