Spa Receptionist

Cliveden House is currently seeking a welcoming and guest-focused Spa Receptionist to join our spa team. As a Spa Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in creating a serene and enjoyable experience for our spa guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall well-being and relaxation of our guests in the luxurious setting of Cliveden House.



Our ideal candidate should:


Greet spa guests warmly and assist with check-in processes, ensuring a seamless and calming experience Manage spa bookings and appointments efficiently, providing detailed information about available services Respond to inquiries about spa treatments, facilities, and wellness programs in an efficient manner Coordinate with the spa team to ensure the smooth flow of appointments and services. Assist in maintaining a serene and organised spa reception and boutique area Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit
