As a

Spa Receptionist

at Fonab Castle Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our spa guests, providing a warm, welcoming experience. Your role will include managing appointments, greeting guests, and ensuring a smooth operation of the spa. You'll assist guests with information on treatments, services, and facilities, while efficiently handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries. You'll also facilitate check-in and check-out processes, ensuring each guest has a seamless experience. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to promote and upsell spa services, treatments, and products, keeping guests informed about current promotions and packages. With excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, you'll be essential in creating memorable spa experiences.
