Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organised calendar for the office.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Upsell services or products when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a tidy reception area to create a welcoming environment for visitors.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, particularly in English and Spanish.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
Ability to upsell services or products while maintaining professionalism.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telecommunication systems is advantageous.
