Your Responsibilities:

Oversee daily spa operations and team performance Manage guest bookings, retail sales, and reception training Maintain high standards of service and treatment quality Support wellness workshops and spa events Monitor inventory, place orders and assist with reporting Lead by example in grooming, professionalism, and team communication

What you bring:

Experience in a luxury spa or wellness centre Strong leadership and interpersonal skills A proactive, guest-focus mindset Fluent spoken and written English Passion for wellness and a commitment to excellence
