Overview



We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.


Responsibilities



Perform a range of therapeutic massages including deep tissue massage and manicures/ pedicures Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences Provide outstanding guest services in a hospitality setting Upsell additional services where appropriate

Passion and enthusiasm for our Elemis products and treatments

Always delivers exemplary customer service.

Qualified to NVQ Level 3 with Beauty Therapy including manicures and pedicures (level 2 with experience will be considered)

Has a strong customer satisfaction background, ensuring our guest receive the perfect spa treatment and experience.


- Able to mixture of work weekdays and weekends between the hours of 9.30am - 6.pm.


Exemplary people skills and a key eye for detail.




Job Type: Zero Hour, 16-24 hours per week



Salary: 12.45 per hour
