Job Description

Launched in May 2025, the newly refurbished New Forest Spa at Balmer Lawn Hotel is a beautiful, massage-led spa with six treatment rooms and a relaxation area. We welcome both residents and non-residents and are now looking to expand our team with full-time and part-time Spa Therapist & Receptionist roles available! This role will be predominantly based on the Saltus Spa reception desk, providing a warm and professional welcome to guests and showing them around the facilities. Flexibility is essential, as you will also be required to carry out spa treatments when needed.

Key Requirements

Previous experience working in a spa setting within a similar quality establishment Minimum NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification Willingness to work on a rota basis Smart and professional appearance Confident delivering spa treatments as well as handling reception duties Availability for weekend and Bank Holiday work, as these are our busiest periods
Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service at all times on spa reception Welcome guests and provide spa tours and information Perform a range of spa treatments to a high standard when required Support the wider spa team in daily operations Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest care
