Responsibilities

Provide a variety of spa services including deep tissue massages, body waxing, facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions. Conduct consultations to understand guest needs and recommend suitable treatments or retail products. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in accordance with health regulations. Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare lines and retail options to boost sales and enhance their experience. Upsell additional services or products by highlighting benefits tailored to each guest's preferences. Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, managing bookings, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. Engage actively with social media management to promote services, special offers, and client success stories. Keep accurate records of treatments performed and client preferences for future reference. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences from check-in to checkout. Participate in ongoing training sessions on new treatments like dermal fillers or esthetic laser procedures to continually expand your skill set.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a spa environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Familiarity with retail sales strategies and upselling methods to enhance revenue streams. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for safety across all treatment areas. Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor that creates a welcoming environment for guests. Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.
