At The Towers Hotel & Spa, we have an exciting opening to join our team as a Spa Therapist...

Located in the Jersey Marine area of Swansea Bay, our growing spa is looking for someone who can commit to full-time or part-time hours, including weekends and bank holidays. We are open 7 days a week and need someone to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required.

As a Spa Therapist your main duties and responsibilities will be performing high-quality spa treatments to a diverse range of clients, while ensuring that guests are made to feel comfortable and welcome. You will maintain a clean and safe environment, allowing our guests to switch off and relax. As a Spa Therapist, you will be able to advise guests on our Products and Treatments and upsell our Products during your interactions.

The key skills & experience you'll ideally already have are:

UK Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage Experience working as a Spa Therapist in a busy Spa environment Passionate about your services and able to advise guests and customers on which treatments are best for their needs Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
