We are looking for a skilled and personable

Spa Therapist

to provide high-quality treatments and exceptional customer service, helping guests relax, rejuvenate, and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a variety of spa treatments such as massages, facials, body wraps, and beauty therapies Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in treatment rooms Ensure all treatments comply with health and safety regulations and company protocols Promote spa products and retail items to enhance guest experience and boost sales Manage appointment scheduling and client records accurately and confidentially Maintain a calm and welcoming environment to enhance guest relaxation Attend regular training and development sessions to keep skills up to date Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate any concerns as necessary
