Ramside Hall Hotel are recruiting for an experienced Spa Therapists to come and join our team.

Just a 5-minute drive from the historic city of Durham, Ramside Hall Hotel offers 127 luxurious bedrooms and suites, as well as our exclusive Treehouses each offering its own unique charm with stunning views across 350 acres of beautiful private grounds.

Our luxury spa provides the ideal opportunity to unwind, boasting a sophisticated thermal suite, five pools, including one of the UK's largest hydrotherapy pools, an outdoor infinity pool, a state-of-the art gym, and a huge range of specialist spa treatments on offer.

As part of the Spa team, our Spa Therapists play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service, so they come back time and time again.

As the successful Spa Therapist you will deliver spa treatments to our exceptionally high standards, inform guests of spa packages, promotions, and rates, and customise treatments and therapies to suit guests needs. You should also be able to recommend additional spa services and sell spa products (an Elemis incentive programme is available based on sales).

We are looking for someone who is qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent in beauty therapy, with 1 years recent experience of working as a spa therapist preferably within a luxury Spa. Ideally you should also have previous experience of working with Elemis products.

You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills. But most importantly, you will have a passion for customer service, and enjoy providing a memorable service.

Business operating hours are between the hours of 10:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Sunday.
