Job Summary:

We're looking for a passionate

Spa Therapist

to join our friendly, professional team. This role is ideal for someone who loves delivering exceptional treatments focused on wellbeing and relaxation.

What You'll Do

Deliver professional, high quality treatments tailored to each guest. Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience. Support the team in maintaining the spa. Promote treatments, products, and spa experiences to enhance guest satisfaction. This role does include evenings and weekends on a rota'd basis.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent - (any additional qualification are a plus) Experience in a spa or luxury hospitality environment is beneficial Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional and passionate about wellness and guest care. Well-organised with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexible, proactive, and eager to grow within a supportive spa environment.
