We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team. Duties

Provide high-quality spa treatments, including massage, facials and beauty treatments Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling guest inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment rooms and common areas. Engage in social media management to promote spa services and special offers. Assist in upselling additional services to enhance the guest experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction. Demonstrate effective communication skills to address guest needs and preferences. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality throughout all interactions.

Qualifications

Level 3 Beauty Therapy Is Required Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry. Strong knowledge of various spa treatments and techniques, particularly deep tissue massage, BIAB nails, lash lifts Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in front desk operations is desirable. Familiarity with social media for promotional purposes is an advantage. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Management experience is a plus but not essential; however, leadership qualities are highly valued. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous professional development. Pay: 12.75 per hour
