Arcadia Spa, a prestigious and results-driven establishment with 9 years of history, is seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team in Dorchester. Following our relocation from Bournemouth to the beautiful George Albert Hotel in January 2024, we're continuing to deliver five-star treatments to our growing clientele. About the Role:

As a valued member of our team, you'll focus on providing professional massage and facial treatments to our clients while delivering an unforgettable spa experience. To qualify, you'll need an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification and a genuine passion for the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform exceptional massage, facial, and spa treatments, including providing aftercare advice. Carry out thorough client consultations, maintaining professionalism and high ethical standards. Recommend personalised home care solutions to maximise client results. Assist with reception duties and general housekeeping tasks. Collaborate on creating engaging content for social media platforms.

What We Expect from You:

Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Proactively offer upgrades and additional treatments to enhance the client experience. Ethically recommend retail products for continued client care at home. Be available to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
