Job Summary

We are an EXCLUSIVE use private spa specialising in the highest quality customer care and treatments. We have been open for 8 years and within this time we have won TWO 'Spa of the Year' awards. Our core business is holistic therapy packages. We are located in a semi-rural area with good transport links between Leeds and Manchester. Treatments are carried out in a beautiful wooden lodge. We have an outdoor Jacuzzi hydrotherapy pool and a stunning Scandinavian Glass fronted Sauna. We offer spa packages (minimum 2 maximum 12) rather than individual treatments to individual clients.

REQUIRMENTS

NVQ LEVEL 3 (or equivalent) Qualification.

Hours are flexible -

must be prepared to work weekends and evenings

Candidates need to have a passion for holistic therapies and client care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

One to one client care from arrival to departure, including initial welcome and consultation, explaining all facilities, food and drink service, providing therapies and dealing with any other requirements the client may have.

To work alongside other therapists in sync using our own unique routines and techniques to ensure clients receive the relaxation and treatments of the highest standards. We do not operate 'back to back' procedures.

Serving both food and drinks throughout the day

Set up, tidying, cleaning and laundry duties

Telephone enquiries and bookings
Time management of packages/treatments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
