you will be required to work weekdays and weekends on rotation.

Duties

Provide a range of specialised treatments including deep tissue massages, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty therapies. Manage guest appointments efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest services. Assist with front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, managing bookings, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism. Upsell additional treatments and products to optimise client satisfaction and centre revenue. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms in accordance with health and safety standards. Manage social media accounts to promote services, special offers, and centre events, enhancing our online presence. Support management with administrative tasks related to guest feedback, reviews, and service improvements. Deliver personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments based on individual needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a spa or hospitality environment is desirable. Strong social media management skills to effectively promote the centre's services online. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Experience working at the front desk or handling guest services in a busy environment. Skilled in eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage, barbering, or other specialised beauty treatments is preferred. Demonstrated ability in upselling treatments and products tactfully to enhance client experience. Exceptional communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanour that fosters guest loyalty. Knowledge of hospitality standards combined with organisational abilities to manage appointments efficiently.
