Your Role: ESPA Spa Therapist - Guest Wellbeing Specialist

As an ESPA Spa Therapist, you will be the heart of our wellbeing offering. You'll guide guests on a journey of renewal--from the moment they arrive to the final moments of bliss--ensuring every treatment is executed with expertise, warmth, and the signature ESPA touch.

Key Responsibilities

Spa Consultations and Treatment Delivery Conduct thorough guest consultations, tailoring ESPA treatments to individual needs. Deliver a full menu of massages, facials, body wraps, and holistic therapies with precision and care. Guest Welcome and Support Greet each guest with genuine warmth. Offer guidance on relaxation areas, spa etiquette, and product use. Ensure seamless transitions between treatment, relaxation lounges, and changing facilities. Product Recommendation and Retail Share expert knowledge of ESPA's skincare, aromatherapy, and wellbeing ranges. Advise guests on at-home regimens and upsell retail products to enhance their spa journey. Hygiene, Presentation, and Ambience Maintain pristine treatment rooms, equipment, and communal areas. Create a serene, welcoming environment with attention to lighting, music, and scent. Interdepartmental Collaboration Partner with Reception, Leisure Club, and Culinary teams to coordinate guest schedules, dietary needs post-treatment, and special celebration add-ons. Guest Follow-Up and Feedback Check in post-treatment to ensure satisfaction. Record preferences and feedback to personalise future visits and contribute to ongoing service improvements.

What We're Looking For

A recognised spa therapy qualification (CIBTAC, VTCT or equivalent). Minimum 12 months' experience in a luxury spa environment. Passion for holistic wellbeing and genuine empathy for guests. Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Strong organisation and time-management in a busy setting. Willingness to embrace new techniques, attend training, and champion ESPA values.
