This position presents a unique opportunity for a qualified therapist to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering excellence in spa and wellness services within a high-end hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments tailored to individual guest needs. Manage front desk operations, including booking appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with guests and addressing their needs promptly. Offer additional services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application, showcasing your versatility as a therapist. Engage in upselling spa products and services to enhance the guest experience and contribute to the spa's revenue. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and common areas to provide a serene atmosphere for guests. Assist with social media management by promoting services, sharing client testimonials, and showcasing the spa's offerings online. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to guest services and overall spa operations.

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or massage therapy are essential. Proven experience in a similar role within the spa or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively with guests. Experience in managing front desk operations is advantageous. Knowledge of eyelash extensions and makeup application techniques is a plus. Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a friendly approach. A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.
