The successful candidate can expect to work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out of seven including weekends. Shift patterns will vary to cover the variety of treatment times offered to our guests and members.
The salary for this full-time position starts from 24,460per annum.

About the role
To be responsible for carrying out all Spa treatments for the greatest enjoyment of the guests and maximum profit contribution to the hotel.
To deliver treatments to required standards, maintaining the dignity of guests at all times.
To ensure the treatment room is properly prepared for each treatment.
To provide the highest standards of service to guests, ensuring all guests needs and expectations are met.
To ensure all equipment and materials are used in correct manner and any problems are reported immediately.
To maintain the presentation of the treatment and preparation rooms in accordance with Hastings standards.

To work effectively with colleagues to ensure harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
To maintain the security of stock areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches.
To comply with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
To ensure that guest concerns, complaints and difficulties are dealt with courteously and efficiently, reporting them to the Supervisor/Manager on duty.
To ensure all guest enquires are handled efficiently and effectively.
Any other duties as required by management.
