Spa Therapist

Location:Be Well the Spa( York Hall Leisure Centre)

Salary:

Grade F 36,963,00-pro rata

Hours:

Part time- 24hours

About the Role:

As a Spa Therapist, you will be primarily customer-facing, providing high-quality spa and beauty treatments to enhance our clients' wellbeing. You will also recommend and sell products through consultations, maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and customer service, and support the smooth running of the spa's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a variety of spa and beauty treatments to the highest standards. Provide excellent customer service, including consultations, facility tours, and managing bookings. Promote and sell spa products and services through expert advice and recommendations. Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene protocols are strictly followed. Maintain a professional, welcoming environment and uphold the spa's reputation. Assist with reception duties and administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Spa or Beauty Therapist with relevant certifications (NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, City & Guilds). Proven experience in spa treatments and customer-focused roles. Knowledge of health and safety legislation in spa operations. Competence in using electronic booking systems Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse client base.

Additional Information:

This role requires a DBS check (Basic). Flexibility to work outside of standard hours may be required.
