Job scope

:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate therapist to support Wildsmith's London locations, combining time spent on the shop floor and within the treatment rooms of partner venues to ensure a seamless blend of operational excellence and customer experience. You will deliver Wildsmith's signature treatments with expert precision, genuine care, and a strong foundation in holistic wellness. You will also be responsible for engaging customers, sharing our brand story, articulating the efficacy of our products, and driving both revenue and brand awareness. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a pioneering wellness brand and within a team that values innovation, integrity, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Wildsmith's signature facials and massages, incorporating breathwork, myofascial release, and craniosacral techniques.

Tailor treatments to individual client needs while maintaining the integrity of Wildsmith protocols.

Provide expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations to support clients' post-treatment skincare routines.

Maintain a serene, clean, and welcoming treatment environment that reflects the Wildsmith ethos.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and customer service at all times.

Actively drive retail sales by confidently educating clients on the benefits and efficacy of Wildsmith products.

Maximise conversion opportunities by highlighting that treatment costs are redeemable against product purchases.

Collaborate with the wider team to meet and exceed location-specific sales targets and KPIs.

Stay informed on product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal promotions to support in-store storytelling and upselling.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.

Strong knowledge of skin physiology and holistic massage techniques.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Passion for natural skincare, wellness, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Flexibility to work weekends and peak retail periods.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: 22,800.00 per year
