We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic techniques and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. This role requires effective communication and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. The Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality treatments while ensuring client satisfaction and comfort.

Responsibilities

Deliver a range of spa services, including deep tissue massage and other massage techniques tailored to client needs. Manage guest services by welcoming clients, addressing inquiries, and providing information about services offered. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a spa role or relevant field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in hospitality or guest services is beneficial. Certification in deep tissue massage or related therapies is required.
