Your Role as a Spa Therapist

As part of our spa team, you will:

Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel relaxed and cared for from the moment they arrive. Deliver a wide range of spa treatments to the highest standards, tailored to each guest's individual needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with spa hygiene standards. Provide expert product and treatment recommendations using your knowledge of Elemis and other offerings. Promote additional services and products to enhance the guest experience. Work flexibly, including some weekend shifts, with a supportive rota that allows for regular weekends off. Support your team and Spa Manager with additional tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

A qualified therapist with

NVQ Level 2 or above in Beauty Therapy or Massage

. Passion for the spa and wellness industry, with a strong customer focus. A positive, friendly attitude and willingness to work as part of a collaborative team.
