We are looking for a highly motivated professional

Spa Therapist

to join our Spa team at The Retreat, Elcot Park located in West Berkshire.


Our 55-bedroom hotel has been transformed to offer bespoke designed bedrooms, two new exciting restaurant concepts, a state of the art spa with hot and cold tubs on the lawn, and many more experiences to offer our guests in the heart of the Berkshire countryside.

You will:

Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner and provide a professional, guest-focused service. Provide consistent professional treatments in accordance with protocol and accepted certification practices. Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the Spa. Ensure all equipment are maintained to the highest standard, whilst following guidance on products to support with cost management. Stay up to date with general hotel knowledge and understanding of all services and products we can offer to guests. Perform preparation work, properly clean, restock, and reset our treatment rooms as required. Actively promote the Spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available. Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment. Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the Spa. Have a relevant or be working towards a qualification in Spa or Beauty Therapy (Level 3 preferred). Ensure all Hygiene, Health and Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to. Represent Signet Collection at all times, maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to grooming standards.
