The Role: Spa Therapist

We are seeking passionate and dedicated

part-time Spa Therapists (16 Hrs per week)

to join our vibrant Spa Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, supportive environment and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications, including deep tissue massage. ELEMIS-trained (training can be provided if needed). Strong knowledge of treatments and the ability to perform massages and other services with skill and care. A friendly, professional attitude with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. Proactive approach to upselling and diary management to maximize revenue. Flexibility to work shifts across weekdays and weekends, based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of treatments, ensuring every client's needs are understood and met. Support the Spa Manager with bookings, diary management, and proactive sales. Cover reception duties, including welcoming guests and managing reservations, while maintaining Orsett Hall's exceptional standards of customer service. Work with premium brands like

Elemis

and

Jessica Geleration

to deliver high-quality treatments.
