Overview



Deliver outstanding spa experiences through professional treatments, expert advice, and attentive service. Maintain a clean, well-stocked environment and support overall Spa and Wellness operations.

Duties



Conduct professional consultations to understand guests' needs, health background, and preferences.

Deliver outstanding spa experiences through professional Massages, treatments, nail care, expert advice, and attentive service.

Maintain treatment records and tailor sessions accordingly

Ensure guest comfort via proper ambiance, lighting, music, temperature etc, align with Spa ambience.

Home Care Advice & Retail Sales



Recommend home-care routines (stretching guidance, skincare tips) post-treatment Detect retail needs and suggest products matching treatments and guest goals Achieve and exceed retail sales targets

Treatment Room Preparation & Cleanliness



Prepare rooms before each treatment--clean linens, fresh towels, oils, tools Follow daily cleaning checklists and high hygiene standards Maintain treatment room presentation throughout shift

Stock Management



Monitor product inventory, treatment consumables, and retail stock Complete daily stock logs and notify management of reorder needs Assist with monthly stock takes

Guest Assistance & Spa Support



Greet guests warmly, explain treatments, and guide them through Spa facilities Answer questions about services, packages, and schedules Assist with front-desk overflow, phone enquiries, or marketing events as needed

Professional Development & Team Collaboration



Attend in-house training (treatment protocols, new products) Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Support team activities: promotional events, wellness workshops, open day

Skills and Qualifications:



- Technical beauty skills to perform the treatment to the highest standard.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent customer service

- Flexibility

- Discretion and Sensitivity

- Use of booking systems and software (ideal, but training given)

- Excellent organization

- Attention to detail.

- High level of hygiene and cleanliness.

Experience:



- Previous experience in the beauty industry, in a spa or salon (ideal)

- Previous experience in hospitality industry (ideal)

- Previous experience in retail

- Previous experience with a public facing role Education:

- NVQ Level 2 diploma or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (required)

- NVQ Level 2 diploma or equivalent in Waxing (ideal)

- NVQ Level 2 diploma or equivalent in Manicure (ideal)

- NVQ Level 2 diploma or equivalent in Pedicure (ideal)

- NVQ Level 3 diploma or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Required)

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
