Driving licence essential due to hotel location.

We are seeking skilled Therapists to join our team on a full time and part time basis. Our full time roles are 40 hours over 7 days (weekend availability is required) and our part time roles are for weekend only (Saturday & Sunday). As a Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of services to our guests from our extensive treatment list.

Responsibilities:
- Consistently performing all Spa Treatments as per product and Spa Training.

Providing exceptional, memorable guest service at all times.

Maintaining the cleanliness and health and safety of the workplace.

Up-selling Spa Treatments and Retail products.

Meeting and greeting clients at Riverside Spa at Quy Mill.

Assist with questions relating to Spa products and services.

Ideally NVQ level 3 Qualified in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.

The ability to deliver exceptional treatment skills and 5customer service.
A confident, friendly, and caring personality. Experience in Aromatherapy, Hot Stones, Indian Head, Facials, Manicure & Pedicure & Gel Application Good communication skills Impeccable standards of personal presentation. Be able to work as a team member and individually. Be responsible for maintaining hygiene and follow health and safety procedures. Willing to learn new treatments and follow set spa policy and procedures. Having your own reliable transport to Riverside Spa at Quy Mill is essential.
