The Hotel Folk are currently looking

Spa Therapists

to join their friendly team at Weavers' House Spa, based at The Swan at Lavenham Hotel & Spa, a 15th century 4 Red Star and 2 Rosette Hotel set in beautiful medieval countryside village in Suffolk.

We are looking for our therapists to work 32 hours per week which will include working every other weekend on a rota basis.

Although professional throughout, we have a personal touch that makes Weavers' House Spa stand out and pave the way for others. Our work ethic is strong, standards high and we've found that through authenticity, we've continued to deliver a stellar service, and have a wonderful team of spa folk that make the magic happen.

The Spa Therapists are responsible for ensuring that we offer a warm and professional welcome to our guests and that we deliver a high level of service, ensuring core standards are met. They will offer a range of professional therapies and treatments to our guests and promote products to achieve revenue targets. The successful candidate will need to be a confident and effective communicator who can demonstrate their ability to converse with guests and colleagues at all levels.
