We are seeking a professional Spa Therapist to join our new and popular Salon and Spa. Duties

Perform a variety of spa treatments such as massages, facials, and pedicures. Provide excellent guest services by understanding client needs and offering personalised recommendations. Be confident to manage front desk responsibilities if needed including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payments. Upsell additional treatments or products to enhance client satisfaction and maximise revenue opportunities. Support management with administrative tasks as required, including stock control and promotional activities. Deliver consistent management of guest interactions to foster loyalty and positive reviews within the salon and spa environment.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar role within a hospitality or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory. Skills in management, customer service, and front desk operations are highly desirable. Certification or specialised training in skin, massage, or any additional qualifications in the industry is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. Demonstrated ability to upsell services while maintaining excellent customer relations. Qualifications:

Must have minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
